Job summary

ADT is seeking energetic sales advisors who visit customers at their homes to demonstrate value and tailor security and smart home solutions. You will explain products in depth, build trust, and advise on the right combination of security, automation, and life safety technologies to fit each space.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, strong communicators, and comfortable with technology in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: become a reliable advisor customers can count on, during the sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
