Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the San Francisco Territory is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist (Design Consultant) who visits pre-scheduled appointments in homeowners’ homes to conduct sales presentations for window and door replacements.

This full-time, commission-based role includes paid training, uncapped commissions with potential to earn $200,000–$300,000+ annually, mentorship, the opportunity to win an annual Sales Trip, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad and apps.

Responsibilities

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits
