Job summary

Western Pest Services is seeking high-energy sales professionals to grow our residential footprint in New Jersey. You will work autonomously to service our large customer base, grow commissions, and close deals with homeowners seeking pest control solutions.

We offer a substantial base salary, uncapped commissions, a company car and gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will join a team of industry experts supporting client goals and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment

Pay range offered for this role: $45,000 - $50,000 annually PLUS Uncapped Commissions (depending on experience)
