Western Pest Services is seeking a highly motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial footprint in the Newtown Square, PA area. You will work autonomously to win new business, demonstrate our pest control solutions, and build relationships with clients.

The role emphasizes uncapped commissions, base salary with benefits, and advancement opportunities within a family-like company that values service and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Previous outside sales experience is strongly preferred.

We are currently seeking a highly motived & self-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative. This position would be based out the Newtown Square, PA area! You will work to grow our commercial business footprint. Forget all the boring sales jobs you’ve ever had. Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of a B2B Outside Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and persuade clients to use our services.

Our B2B Outside Sales Representatives:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Become a subject matter expert on our business services
• Build and maintain active pipeline; measure KPIs; use Western’s proven sales strategy to meet ambitious recurring revenue targets
• Exceed all assigned sales revenue goals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 18 years of age
