MPower Direct LLC is hiring in Cincinnati for a field sales role that helps homeowners explore renewable energy options while building a robust sales pipeline. You will meet clients daily, educate them on energy solutions, and work toward clear performance targets.

We emphasize attitude, consistency, and coachability over prior sales experience, with paid training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities within a growing renewables company.
