MPower Direct LLC is hiring for a full‑time role in Cincinnati to directly engage homeowners, educate them on renewable energy options, and guide enrollment with a professional, customer‑facing approach.

Training is paid, with mentorship and rapid advancement opportunities based on performance. Weekly pay and uncapped commissions drive earnings, and top performers can grow into leadership roles quickly.
