Job summary

CertaPro Painters of North Raleigh is seeking a driven sales/lead role to own the residential painting process from initial appointment to final payment. You will sell, schedule, run, and close jobs, with commissions tied to sales and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

With warm leads and a family-run culture, you’ll report to the owner and GM, grow the residential side, and have opportunities to advance as you manage multiple projects and payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential sales or project management
• Comfortable selling in a customer's home and asking for the business
• Organized enough to juggle multiple projects, people and payments

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home estimate appointments for interior and exterior residential projects
• Measure, price, and build written proposals
• Follow up on open proposals and close sales
• Schedule projects with customers and collect deposits
• Assign crews and ensure scope and colors are clear before work starts
• Visit job sites to check quality and progress
• Be the main point of contact for homeowners throughout the project
• Close out the job with final payment and referrals
