You’ll work with a production team to ensure delivered outcomes meet promises, while following up and building relationships for repeat business. A base plus uncapped commissions supports strong earnings and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners and understand what they want (and sometimes what they don’t yet know they need)
• Walk properties, identify solutions, and build clear, confident proposals
• Help customers feel comfortable, informed, and excited about moving forward
• Partner with production team to ensure what you sold gets delivered the right way
• Follow up, stay organized, and build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
