Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in painting or home improvement.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to measure spaces and estimate basic project scope.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and generate residential and commercial painting leads.
• Conduct on-site consultations and estimates for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and business owners.
• Follow up on inbound leads and referrals promptly.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service presentations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Coordinate with project manager for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain CRM records.
