Astound is seeking a dynamic outside sales professional for a door-to-door residential role in Pennsylvania. You start with a base salary of $38,816.34 with uncapped commissions and a path to six-figure earnings through performance.

You will acquire new customers through field visits, present quotes, and sign-up services, while reporting progress and maintaining strong customer relationships. Base pay plus commission, full-time benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads daily and present quotes for service sign-ups.
• Explain property contracts, service levels and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and build brand awareness in the territory.
• Report sales statistics to management and stay informed on market competition.
• Join mandatory sales meetings and maintain territory knowledge.
