Job summary

Premier Roofing Company is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist in the Denver area to drive quota-driven sales with a pipeline-based approach. You’ll develop your own territory through direct prospecting, referrals, and networking, while leveraging company-generated, warm leads.

You will manage the full sales cycle from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract, hitting monthly quotas and pipelines. Training and a clear career path are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven, quota-driven outside sales success (home improvement, roofing, restoration, or insurance-claims experience preferred).
• Comfort prospecting and building your own business — not just working leads handed to you.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and mobile sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own territory pipeline through direct prospecting and referrals.
• Close high-quality, company-generated leads using our proven sales process and CRM.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from inspection to insurance claim to signed contract.
