Coulter Services is seeking an in-home sales professional to drive growth in residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical replacement solutions. You will evaluate customer needs, prepare accurate proposals, and close deals while meeting revenue and margin targets.

Ideal candidates combine strong consultative selling with comfort working in customers' homes and collaborating with local contractors, supported by robust CRM tracking and follow-up on leads.
