Best Choice Roofing is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to engage homeowners, assess storm damage, and guide them through roof restoration and insurance claims. You will respond to warm leads, inspect properties, present solutions, and help secure contracts.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, customer-facing sales, and collaboration with insurance adjusters, with strong earning potential through incentives after a paid training period.

Formación

• 1-2 years of prior sales, customer service, or consultative experience is preferred.
• Experience with lead generation, canvassing, or similar outreach activities is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps).
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Overview

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Residential Sales Consultantsto support the growing demand for residential roofing services following severe weather events. In this consultative role, you will work directly with homeowners to assess potential storm damage and guide them through the roof restoration and insurance claims process.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals with sales, customer service, or consultative experience who are looking to build a rewarding, performance-driven career while helping homeowners restore and protect their homes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Residential Sales Consultant,you will be responsible for responding to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through the restoration process, and providing solutions to help fund any needed repairs. You will also be responsible for generating new leads by canvassing neighborhoods where property damage has occurred and speaking with homeowners about risks and solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Other responsibilities include:

Rapidly responding to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services

Generating sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking

Traveling to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.

Climbing onto roofs and into atticsto conduct damage assessments and presenting findings to homeowners (thorough training will be provided).

Educating homeowners on the restoration process and serving as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns.

Providing estimates and funding options and collecting payments as required.

Working with insurance companies and meeting with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners.

Obtaining agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.

Attending weekly sales meetings and actively participating in team communication.

Qualifications

1-2 yearsprevious sales, customer service, or consultative experience is preferred

Experience with lead generation, canvassing, or similar outreach activities is preferred
