Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Residential Sales Advisor (Design Consultant) to join our Westchester Territory. You will visit pre-scheduled home appointments, present replacement options, and guide homeowners to a same-day decision on windows and doors.

The role offers full commission (uncapped), paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for annual top-performer rewards in a trusted brand family.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in November 2026.

Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) - earn $150,000 to $300,000+ annually
