Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or in a residential setting.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the safety and security of the facility and residents.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
• Conduct regular room checks to ensure compliance with program rules and regulations.
• Document and report any incidents or concerns to the Program Manager.
• Assist with program intake and discharge processes.
