Job summary

Texas Disposal Systems is hiring a Residential Collection Driver to operate a residential truck, load containers, and deliver loads to designated facilities. The role requires a Texas CDL Class B, a clean driving record, and the ability to work nights and weekends while maintaining safety and customer service.

You will follow fleet routing software, perform vehicle inspections, and adhere to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related medium or heavy truck driving experience.
• Valid Texas Class B CDL and a valid Medical Card.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential system truck and load containers from residential customers.
• Document route changes and issues using the fleet software or route sheet.
• Record time at each customer stop in the routing system.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure the truck is clean and compliant.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and adhere to safety regulations.
