Job summary

Kapella Roofing in Colorado is expanding its residential sales team after recent hail activity. We seek two driven roofing sales professionals who can prospect, build relationships, close business and capitalize on storm opportunities.

This role offers 8–12% commission on completed jobs with uncapped earnings. You will generate your own opportunities and work with our canvassing team and marketing resources to build a $1M+ roofing book.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be competitive and motivated by performance.
• Must be comfortable knocking on doors and creating opportunities.
• Able to close deals rather than only generate estimates.
• Follow-up to win business and build a pipeline.
• Aim for uncapped income, not a fixed salary.
• Be organized and accountable for your pipeline.
• Maintain margin while selling and seek multiple opportunities per roof.

Recent hail activity across Colorado has created a significant opportunity, and Kapella Roofing is expanding our residential sales team.

We are looking for two driven roofing sales professionals who know how to prospect, build relationships, close business and capitalize on storm opportunities.

This is not a salaried position built around simply waiting for company leads.

We are looking for producers.

If you have the drive and ability to build a $1M+ book of roofing business, we want to give you the platform, support and earning potential to do it.

Compensation

8-12% commission on completed jobs, subject to final compensation plan and profitability requirements.

Who We're Looking For

We are especially interested in people who can demonstrate a history of producing $1M+ annually in roofing or comparable outside sales.

Roofing and storm-restoration experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider exceptional outside-sales performers with a demonstrated record of success.

We aren't looking for someone satisfied with a few jobs per month.

We want someone who wants to become a $1M+ producer and keep growing from there.

The right salesperson will aggressively work opportunities, create their own pipeline, close profitable projects, develop referrals and turn every completed roof into additional opportunities in the surrounding neighborhood.
