Kapella Roofing in Centennial, CO is expanding and seeking two driven roofing sales professionals who know how to prospect, build relationships, close business and capitalize on storm opportunities.

This is not a salaried position built around waiting for company leads. If you have the drive and ability to build a $1M+ book of roofing business, we want to give you the platform, support and earning potential to do it.

Qualifications

• History of producing $1M+ annually in roofing or outside sales.
• Roofing or storm-restoration experience preferred.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close profitable projects.
• Comfortable knocking on doors and creating opportunities.
• Organized and accountable for your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect residential neighborhoods impacted by recent hail.
• Generate your own roofing opportunities.
• Work qualified opportunities from canvassing team.
• Perform inspections and meet homeowners.
• Build trust and educate customers through the roofing process.
• Develop accurate scopes and proposals with company support.
• Present and close roofing contracts.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up with prospects.
• Build referral business within neighborhoods.
