Honest Abe Roofing is seeking a motivated Residential Roofing Sales Pro in Terre Haute, IN. You will meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close high-value residential roofing projects.

This role leverages company-generated leads and scheduled appointments, with a proven sales process and ongoing coaching. This is not a cold-calling role; you’ll follow our process, educate homeowners, and help them make confident decisions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• In-home sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Present roofing solutions and project estimates.
• Educate homeowners on their options.
• Follow the Honest Abe Roofing sales process.
• Manage follow-up through the CRM.
• Coordinate with production after the sale.
• Represent the brand professionally in the field.
• Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
