Honest Abe Roofing is seeking a driven Residential Roofing Sales Pro to meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close high-value residential roofing projects.

This role offers company-generated leads, paid training, a company vehicle, and uncapped commission potential, with evening and Saturday work as needed. Strong customer focus and coachability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• In-home sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs.
• Willingness to learn roofing products, pricing, and process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs.
• Present roofing solutions and project estimates.
• Educate homeowners on their options.
• Follow the Honest Abe Roofing sales process.
• Manage follow-up through the CRM.
• Coordinate with production after the sale.
• Represent the brand professionally in the field.
• Work some evenings and Saturdays as needed.
