Honest Abe Roofing is hiring an In-Home Sales Advisor to meet homeowners who requested roof help. No roofing experience required; paid training, company-generated appointments, and a company vehicle are provided.
This performance-based role offers uncapped commission potential and a proven sales process. You’ll represent Honest Abe Roofing in the field, follow a structured sales process, and build trust with clients while earning based on results.
Formación
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with homeowners.
- Proven sales aptitude with ability to follow a proven process.
- Motivated to learn roofing basics and maintain coachable attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record and willingness to drive to appointments.
Responsabilidades
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
- Inspect roofs and identify repair or replacement needs.
- Present roofing options and project estimates.
- Educate homeowners and answer questions clearly.
- Follow up with homeowners after appointments and manage pipeline.
