You will review job details, perform on-site check-ins, create work orders, generate material lists, conduct QC inspections, and close out jobs while driving efficiency and high standards through proactive problem-solving and leadership.

• 4+ years of roofing experience.
• Master Shingle Applicator certification.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.

THE ROLE:

Our reputation is built on the quality of the work we do, and as our Residential Roofing Project Manager, you'll make sure every job meets our high company standards and customer desires. You'll review job information and perform on-site check-ins to make sure everything is going as planned. If we're behind schedule or quality expectations aren't being met, you'll quickly jump in to fix the problem and get the project back on track.

Attentive to detail, you'll create work orders, generate material lists, and conduct quality control inspections. After performing a final walkthrough and giving the work your approval, you'll make sure the work area is fully cleaned up and close out the job. Your excellent problem-solving skills and project management abilities will help ensure every job is efficient and successful!
