Roofing Production Assistant – Eagle Eye Renovations (Parker, CO)

We’re hiring a Roofing Production Assistant to join the Eagle Eye Renovations team! This is a boots-on-the-ground role supporting our roofing crews, sales staff, and project managers with day-to-day job site needs. It’s not a sales job, but if you’re motivated and capable, there is opportunity to earn commission on roofs you help sell.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Transport roofing materials and supplies to/from job sites (up to 10 ft. long materials)
• Assist in managing crews and materials on site
• Climb ladders and inspect roofing progress
• Help with roof inspections and checklists
• Maintain site cleanliness and professionalism
• Communicate with office and sales teams

• Discuss production process and timelines with homeowners
• Coordinate crew schedules and material deliveries
• Ensure timely job completion

What We Need From You:

• Reliable transportation capable of hauling up to 10’ materials (truck/SUV preferred)
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
• Organized, dependable, professional, with good communication
• Hard-working and able to work independently
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate
