Qualifications

• Experience managing residential roofing projects and client relationships.
• Ability to build a personal book of business.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project book of business, conduct inspections, sign contracts.
• Coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors; ensure quality inspections.
• Prepare estimates in AccuLynx and manage invoicing and billing.
