Job summary

Multicultural Community Services (MCS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Residential Program in Springfield, MA. This full-time position includes clinical oversight, care coordination, training, and regulatory compliance to support residents with ID/DD.

The RN will collaborate with the Lead RN and an interdisciplinary team, conduct assessments, manage medications, and ensure high standards of health and safety across sites. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, residential or community-based preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel between residential sites in the Springfield area.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance to residential staff supporting individuals with ID/DD.
• Collaborate with Lead RN, Clinical Director, and interdisciplinary team.
• Review plans of care and health outcomes in team meetings.
• Serve as MAP consultant per DDS/DPH policies.
• Maintain medical records and report health changes or incidents.
