Job summary

REBUILDIT INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from start to finish. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors, teams, and homeowners.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in residential construction/remodeling, strong organization, and excellent communication. The role requires travel between job sites and reliable transportation, with compensation

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience managing residential remodeling or construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between job sites.
• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes and materials.
• Experience managing subcontractors and crews.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, crews, suppliers, and team members.
• Schedule and monitor timelines, visit job sites to inspect progress, quality, and safety.
• Communicate updates with homeowners and address questions.
• Review requirements, materials, and scope of work.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery of materials.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly.
• Ensure work meets company standards and deadlines.
• Review completed work before closeout.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and updates.
• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
