Job summary

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Drafter for our Renovations & Construction team to support interior unit renovations, common area upgrades, and exterior projects such as clubhouse upgrades, pools, and landscaping in Ramsey, NJ.

The ideal candidate will produce sketches and floor plans with CAD, SketchUp and Revit, maintain project timelines, and coordinate with management to ensure timely milestones. Strong interior detailing and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAD, SketchUp and Revit as core drafting tools.
• Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across projects.

Responsibilities

• Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD and hand-drawing.
• Monitor project timeline and report delays to management.
• Apply interior detailing knowledge and blueprints to renovations.
• Assist with interior renovations and exterior club renovations.
