Ferguson Builders in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Project Planner to blend client relationships with sales and project planning for residential remodeling. The role guides homeowners from first contact through design, estimating, contracting, and handoff, coordinating with Design, Estimating, and Production teams.

The ideal candidate understands residential construction, can read plans, discuss budgets, and build trust with clients while delivering well-planned projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and remodeling.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, measurements and project specs.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, budgets, costs, and financial details with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and follow up with prospective clients, turning leads into residential projects.
• Meet with homeowners to understand goals, priorities, budgets, and expectations.
• Guide clients through our sales and project planning process from consultation to handoff.
• Develop accurate project proposals based on scope, budgets, costs, and required profit margins.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Collaborate with Design, Estimating, and Production to ensure clearly defined, priced projects.
• Clearly communicate scope, pricing, timelines, and expectations to clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and referral sources.
• Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward meeting/exceeding sales goals.
