This client-facing role guides homeowners through design, estimating, contracting, and handoff while collaborating with Design, Estimating, and Production teams to align scope, budgets, and timelines. You’ll read plans, discuss costs, and build trust throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with consultative sales and client relationships.
• Ability to read architectural plans and understand project costs.
• Strong mathematical skills for budgets and profit margins.
• Comfort discussing pricing and financial details with clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up with prospective clients, turning leads into plans.
• Meet homeowners to understand goals, budgets, and expectations.
• Guide clients through design, estimating, contracting, and handoff.
• Develop accurate project proposals based on scope and budgets.
• Read architectural drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Collaborate with Design, Estimating, and Production to define scope and pricing.
• Communicate project scope, pricing, timelines, and expectations clearly.
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and referrals.
• Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and business development.
