Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead renovations projects from initiation to completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and resources while recommending products and services that fit client needs. Build strong client relationships and coordinate with partners to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant Sales or Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Industry knowledge is preferred.
• Project Management Professional certification highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access).
• Detail-oriented with ability to organize and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Recommend products and services that fit clients’ business needs.
• Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete projects.
• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
• Monitor progress against project plan and resolve issues to minimize delays.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to determine scope and requirements.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Provide high-level assistance to program/project managers to execute plans.
