Job summary

HyggeHus is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects in person in Minnesota. You will own day‑to‑day coordination, planning, communication, and documentation, working with design, estimating, field teams, and vendors to keep scope, schedule, budget, and decisions organized and on track.

This role requires experience managing projects in occupied homes and using Buildertrend as the central project source.

Qualifications

• Buildertrend experience required.
• Experience managing remodeling projects in occupied homes.
• Strong documentation and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential remodeling projects from handoff through closeout.
• Maintain schedules, files, selections, client communication, to-dos, change orders, and notes in Buildertrend.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify schedule conflicts and missing information before they create pressure.
• Ensure scope, selections, timelines, and decisions are documented and understood.
• Track changes and decisions affecting budget or schedule.
• Support clear change-order communication and follow-through.
• Ensure quality standards, jobsite safety, and client protections.
• Assist with punch lists, closeout items, and final client experience.
• Help improve project management workflows and templates over time.
