Job summary

Ranney Blair Weidmann Remodeling in North Atlanta is seeking aResidential Remodeling Project Manager to lead thoughtful remodeling projects from start to finish. You will work with skilled craftsmen and homeowners to deliver spaces they love, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential remodeling project management, excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in residential remodeling or custom home construction.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to confidently manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable using construction management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Manage 2-4 residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Review project plans and scopes before construction begins.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
• Monitor project budgets and approve subcontractor invoices upon satisfactory completion.
• Work closely with estimating and leadership to manage costs and project changes.
• Proactively identify and solve problems before they impact the schedule or client experience.
• Ensure projects comply with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.
