Job summary

Everest Home Improvement in Northern Virginia is seeking a full-time In-House Construction Laborer to join our remodeling team and help deliver quality home upgrades that homeowners will cherish.

You will perform framing, drywall, carpentry and painting on residential projects, follow supervisor plans, keep sites clean and safe, protect homeowners’ property, and coordinate with teammates to keep work moving smoothly while developing skills across trades.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in framing, drywall, carpentry, painting, or residential construction.
• Ability to perform physical work on active job sites.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow project plans and supervisor direction.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
