Integrity Construction & Restoration in Greeley, CO is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer for residential remodeling projects. This on-site role supports carpenters, handles materials, and helps keep occupied job sites safe and organized.

No prior carpentry experience required, but reliability, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are essential. The position offers hands-on training, opportunities to advance to Apprentice Remodeling Carpenter, and a typical Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Construction or remodeling experience helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites is required.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and work safely.
• Respectful and professional behavior in occupied homes.
• Willingness to clean continuously, not only at the end of the project.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Coachable attitude and interest in learning new skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for timekeeping and basic documentation.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including lifting and carrying construction materials and frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites before work begins.
• Install floor protection, dust barriers, and containment materials.
• Assist with careful residential demolition.
• Load, unload, move, and organize project materials.
• Stage tools, equipment, and supplies for the field crew.
• Remove construction debris and maintain designated disposal areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, and complete daily cleanup.
• Assist carpenters with basic tasks under supervision.
• Protect homeowners' belongings and maintain safe access whenever possible.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow PPE requirements and company safety procedures.
• Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Track work time using a smartphone.
• Report damaged materials, hazards, or unexpected conditions promptly.
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners, coworkers, and subcontractors
