Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, remodeling, estimating, or project coordination.
• Residential remodeling experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes.
• Comfortable reading architectural plans and construction drawings.
• Strong estimating and takeoff knowledge.
• Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Clear communicator with homeowners and trade partners.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software are required.
