West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will lead tub/shower installations, demo old units, and update plumbing, starting at 6:30 AM Monday–Friday. Expect hands-on carpentry tasks, site prep, and meticulous cleanup to protect the home environment.

Ideal candidates bring carpentry/remodeling experience, basic tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a drive for professional growth in a tech-driven company with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Hunger to learn and grow in a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
