Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, seeks a Residential Remodeler in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role involves installing bathrooms, replacing fixtures, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.

You will start Monday–Friday at 6:30 AM and work from a local warehouse, loading materials and traveling to job sites. Ideal candidates have carpentry/remodeling experience, basic tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; two-factor authentication for company systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
