West Shore Home in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our installer team. You will perform safe bath/shower remodels, install tubs or pans, update plumbing as needed, and greet customers to deliver a 5-star experience.

Start at 6:30 AM from the warehouse, travel to homes, complete demos, clean up thoroughly, and return to the warehouse. Requires basic carpentry, plumbing, and tool knowledge, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone for company systems.

Formación

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
