Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with a strong focus on safe installations and delivering a 5-star customer experience. You will load materials, visit homes, perform bath/shower demos, install new fixtures, and ensure neat job sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients, and build rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
