Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Indianapolis, IN. You will assist in safe installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, meeting company SOPs and PPE guidelines.

The role requires hands-on carpentry/remodeling work, driving to job sites, and maintaining a clean, courteous customer experience. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
