Job summary

West Shore Home in Nashville is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform installations of replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE protocols, while delivering a five-star customer experience. The role runs Monday–Friday with a 6:30 AM start.

Responsibilities include loading materials at the warehouse, traveling to homes, greeting customers, installing windows/doors, replacing trim, and cleaning up after the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or construction; eagerness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device for company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
