Ramey-Estep / Re-group in Kentucky is seeking a Therapist for the Residential SUD Program to assess, plan, and implement treatment for clients. The role includes therapy across individual, group, and family formats, discharge planning, and timely documentation.

Strong collaboration with the treatment team is essential. Minimum requirements include a Master’s degree in a clinical field, licensure or eligibility, and 21+ age.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, CADC).
• Licensed or license eligible required.
• Experience in substance use treatment programs preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Conduct diagnostic assessments for level of care and medical necessity.
• Plan, write, and update client care plans in a timely manner.
• Administer initial Drug and Alcohol assessments and re-assess progress.
• Prepare materials for groups and individual/family sessions and conduct sessions on time.
• Maintain documentation of attendance and ensure confidentiality of materials.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of treatment services and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to ethical guidelines; participate in supervision.
