Job summary

Pathways Inc. is seeking a full-time SOS/Detox Associate in Grayson, Kentucky. This role involves 24-hour center coverage, monitoring dorm areas, and providing peer support to clients in a recovery-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in diverse cultural settings and two years of sobriety are required.

Certifications in First Aid and CPR are also necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• If in recovery, must have maintained a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of SOS and MT dorm areas.
• Ensure client safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with management regarding client progress.
