Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience in drug & alcohol treatment preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license with clean record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect client rooms for cleanliness and safety hazards.
• Deliver medications to clients and document activity in EMR.
• Maintain safety and evacuations during drills and emergencies.
• Assist clients with on-site laundry services.
• Transport clients to health service providers and activities.
• Observe and document client behavior for changes.
• Prepare and file unusual incident reports within 24 hours.
• Oversee daily life skills activities and meals with provider.
