Lenape Valley Foundation's Bright Path Center in Doylestown, PA, seeks compassionate Resident Aides for its crisis residential program serving adults and children. You will provide direct, day-to-day support, safety, and crisis response in a short-term residential setting.

Required: 3 years of direct mental health care experience or equivalent training, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. The role offers weekend shifts, paid training, and benefits as part of a growing

• Minimum 3 years of direct mental health care experience or equivalent education/training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Support guests toward personal and treatment goals.
• Provide crisis stabilization, de-escalation, and therapeutic support within a residential milieu.
• Monitor guest behavior, mood, and risk; communicate with treatment team.
• Assist with structured groups, recreational activities, and daily routines.
• Support development of independent living skills and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Transport guests to appointments and community activities in line with policy.
