Job summary

Family Ark in southern Indiana provides individual and family therapy services and operates the Lotus House, a transitional housing program for pregnant and parenting mothers in recovery. Recovery Support Staff oversee residential operations, safety, and daily documentation, reporting to the Lotus House Program Supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
21 years of age or older.
Background checks must be passed.
Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure the safety and security of programs and clients.
Assist in the coordination of day reporting/treatment programs such as community service, education, parenting, childcare needs, substance abuse treatment and Independent Living (IL) skills.
Provide transportation and assist with childcare as needed.
Complete required documentation, including daily case notes, shift log, maintenance requests, visitation notes, etc.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Two years post-secondary education or Peer Support Specialist certification preferred
