Job summary

Family Ark in Indiana is seeking Recovery Support Staff for the Lotus House residential program. The role involves overseeing safety, coordinating activities, providing transportation, and supporting families in recovery within a 12am–8am night shift.

The position requires adherence to all program policies and documentation duties. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (preferred), are at least 21, and may have two years of post-secondary education or Peer Support Specialist certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two years of post-secondary education or Peer Support Specialist certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Satisfactory criminal record and sex crimes record check.
• Family Ark is a drug free workplace with pre-employment/random drug testing.
• Adhere to Family Ark Professional Standards of Practice and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure safety and security of programs and clients by enforcing Family Ark policy.
• Assist in the coordination of day reporting/treatment programs.
• Provide transportation.
• Assist with childcare when needed.
• Attend agency-wide and weekly staff meetings.
• Complete required documentation (shift notes, case notes, maintenance requests).
• Participate in continuing education and training.
• Oversee hygiene and maintenance of the facility and report hazards.
• Other duties as assigned.
