Job summary

Chimes in Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Case Manager for a Residential Recovery Program. The role pays $25/hour and is full-time. You will support residents in building daily living skills, independence, and healthier futures within a small, supportive team with a caseload of 4–5 residents.

You will guide residents through self-care, budgeting, medication education, and crisis response while transporting them to appointments and documenting services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral-health field.
• One year of human services experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through daily living skills—self-care, budgeting, and medication education.
• Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe, welcoming home.
• Drive residents to appointments and activities using program van.
• Administer medications per DPW standards.
• Respond calmly in crisis moments and maintain documentation and billable records.
• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with program coordinator and team to support each resident's goals.
