Job summary

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through daily living skills (self-care, budgeting, medication education).
• Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming home with light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities using program van.
• Administer medications per DPW standards.
• Respond calmly in crisis moments and document services promptly.
• Keep accurate billing/service records and advocate for residents.
