The Drop Anchor Team at Compass is seeking a motivated Associate Real Estate Agent to join a high-performing team and support a top-producing agent with client service, showings, lead follow-up, and transaction support.

Role Overview

As an Associate Agent, you will be working directly alongside the founder of the team, a real estate professional specializing in luxury waterfront condos and homes across Miami and Miami Beach. With over 12 years of regional sales experience, she brings deep market knowledge and a strong track record guiding clients through high-value transactions.

Backed by Compass, she leverages advanced technology and an extensive network of buyers and brokers to operate in a highly competitive market. Her business is built on long-term client relationships, consistent referrals, and a high standard of service, including responsiveness, attention to detail, and strong follow-up.

This role offers direct exposure to her day-to-day operations, client interactions, and transaction workflow, providing a unique opportunity to learn how a high-performing agent runs and scales a successful business.

Responsibilities
